Breathing Life into the Idea of America

“I’m not the sort to back away from a fight. I don’t believe in shrinking from anything.
It’s not my speed; I’m a guy who meets adversities head on.” – John Wayne

These words from John Wayne certainly embody a large part of the man I have become and continue to grow into daily. My life has undoubtedly taught me a thing or two about what it’s like to travel uphill on a rocky road. But as they say, nothing worth doing is ever easy.

It is with this in mind that I am proud to announce the launch of my brand new podcast, “Revolution’s Revival with Caleb Shumate. It has been a dream of mine my entire adult life to be a professional political commentator. My desire to do this has never been for self-promotion or fame or because I desire to be a celebrity of any kind, but only because I deeply love America.

I love the promise of America, a nation whose founding documents recognize the natural rights of all people. We are a nation built on the idea that you can be whomever you desire as long as you are willing to put in the time and hard work to make your dreams a reality.

Today, we have strayed so far from the ideas of personal and economic liberty that many people wouldn’t be able to recognize what America is supposed to be. Others would say that this country is dead, and that it’s too far gone and we should throw in the towel. To those who have this mentality, I say get in the fight or get out of the way!

I started Revolution’s Revival to breathe new life into that which is thought to be dead! We must restore the spirit of revolution, which made this country the best the world has ever known. This may not be an easy task, but I assure you that liberty will win the day!

If you have followed my writing at The Libertarian Republic, you know all too well how committed I am to the ideas of liberty and that I will stop at nothing to accomplish my mission.

In the premiere episode of “Revolution’s Revival with Caleb Shumate” I discuss my background in media, my mission to restore liberty, and renew my promise to always be open and honest with all of you as my audience.
